The 'Stitch it don't ditch it' and plant swap events in Dargaville have been building up momentum, and we're hoping the November one on the 25th will be even better!
Our first event was well supported by our (me and Anna from Kumarani) whānau. The second one drew a few more people that we didn't know who were happy to see the ad pop up on Facebook again.
We did a good swap in heritage tomato plants and one lady brought her mending to do with company! She didn't actually require any help.
Two people were very interested in Timebank (potential new members...) who have marked the final crop swap for the year in their diaries.
