Eurythmy = Beautiful Flow or Harmonious Rhythm (Greek)

"Eurythmy is an expressive movement art originated by Rudolf Steiner in conjunction with his wife, Marie, in the early 20th century. Primarily a performance art, it is also used in education, especially in Waldorf schools, and – as part of anthroposophic medicine – for claimed therapeutic purposes." Wikipedia definition

"I am your local Timebank coordinator, Barbara Belger. For Timebank questions come and talk to me between 12 and 1pm on Wednesday or after the workshop is finished. Join our Tai Tokerau Timebank for events like these, for an exchange of services and for being part of an amazing and ever growing community. Timebanking is an idea whose time has absolutely come!"

If time allows I'd like to present an idea after the workshop, an idea, a personal dream of mine: Gather a group of keen people to experience new forms of leadership skills, mainly derived from MIT's ULab and the Presencing Institute. I would love to find people who are interested in learning "Social Presencing Theatre" and eventually set up a few sessions to use the body's immense intelligence to create solutions for nowaday's problems. If this has made you curious or if you have already experienced SPT (social presencing theatre) or similar techniques please DO get in touch!

Ngā mihi aroha
